Shipping policy

Most items will be shipped to you within 48 hours.  Many of Cativist’s items are made to order and are shipped to you directly from the designer. For this reason, please allow 2 to 4 weeks for delivery on custom orders.

Any items that are currently in stock will be shipped within 24 hours. The preferred carriers of Chloe Cole are FedEx, UPS and USPS Priority Mail. Tracking numbers are available. For additional information, pleaser email us.

At this time, Cativist LLC ships merchandise only to locations within the continental United States and not to international locations. Chloe Cole Pet Couture does not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam or the US Virgin Islands. The risk of loss and title for all merchandise ordered on this Web site pass to you when the merchandise is delivered to the shipping carrier.
